Death of prominent county citizen Byrne found dead at home
The county elder Byrne, aged about elderly years, was found dead at his farm south of Montgomery by his nephew John Zinkan. Coroner Bonham ruled death by apoplexy. Byrne had visited the city day earlier, paid taxes, and returned home with neighbor Matthew Smith. He is survived by relatives including Elizabeth Zinkan, John and Philip Zinkan, and Mrs Thomas Lamb.
