Washington High School to Hold Commencement Tonight
Ninety three seniors from Washington High School will receive diplomas at the community gym tonight at 8 o’clock. J Raymond Schutz of Manchester College in northern Indiana will deliver the commencement address to a large crowd including on stage graduates and faculty. He is a former Indiana Kiwanis governor. program features processional, invocation, multiple awards, and benediction with a long list of graduating seniors announced.

Mitchell Woman Injured in Mitchell Car Crash
Mrs. Anna Simpson of Mitchell was seriously bruised and with contusions after an automobile collision east of Washington on Road 50 detour. Returning home from Petersburg, she rode with three other Mitchell residents who escaped injury. Medical care was at Dr H. Co. Wadsworth’s office.
