A Daviess circuit court jury awarded Morris Unger of Sullivan $275 for injuries from an automobile accident involving Gordon Stewart. Eureka Chevrolet was dismissed when it was found no such firm existed in Linton.

Edward Omr Orchard aged 48 of 226 N E Ninth street died this morning after a two week illness. Born July 12 1884 in Dalviegs county he lived in Washington for several years. Funeral services will be held at 2:30 pm in the Justin church with Luther RAs and others attending.
