Sarah E. Capehart 75 of Pike county and resident of this city for 13 years was found dead in bed this morning about 5 oclock after a period of declining health. She was the widow of Dunlap Capehart and survived by numerous children including Louella Fowler George Capehart Artie Mathéma William O Capehart Ellis Capehart Ella Young Decker and Lottie Russell. Funeral services will be held at Burr Oak church in Pike county at 2 pm Wednesday with burial in the adjoining cemetery. Ed Keller in charge.

Three Federal officers shot near New Albany farm
James Lavely one of three federal prohibition agents wounded in a gun fight at the Jack Huth farm eight miles west of New Albany Indiana.
