Frank Kempf, son of Mr and Mrs Joseph Kempf of Oak Street, tied to a Western Electric scare in Chicago, sent a letter to his parents a few days ago. The missive says Kempf, an employee, claims no danger from a hoard and refers to rumors as unfounded.
