About 50 clerks from across the state took part in a Saturday banquet and business meeting with evening entertainment. Sunday breakfast followed as members enjoyed the park. Two Men Fined in City Court for Disturbing the Peace

Walter Harbinson of Loogootee and Icle Roberts of Petersburg were fined in city court this morning after pleading guilty to disturbing the peace following a fight at a local beer tavern Saturday night. Each man paid $1 in fine plus costs totaling $11.

Local Woman Hurt in Crash in Indianapolis

Mrs. Mary Charlotte King, 32, of Washington, was a passenger in a two car collision at 30th Street and Washington Boulevard yesterday. She suffered injuries and shock and was treated at the city hospital then released. Paul V.
