Man Hanged for Edwardsport Murder Case in Illinois

A man convicted of murdering Bes Smith of Edwardsport last August 23 was sentenced to hang. Burial services will be conducted by Bishop Bertrand at St Mary's Church New Albany with a funeral at St John’s Loogootee and interment at North Madigan Indiana near the mother’s home. The funeral procession will move from Sheaty's church in New Albany to New Middletown for burial in the Indiana Cal Nahe cemetery near the mother’s home.
