John B Long 79 retired farmer of Maysville died at 6 10 pm Wednesday at his daughter's home after a five year illness. Born April 14 1861 near Washington he lived on the family farm until retirement and then resided with his daughter Mrs Wm Small. He married Mary A Ricks in 1882 and is survived by two sons in law and daughter in law plus a half brother and sister and several nieces and nephews. He was active in the Maysville Me church and later the First Methodist church in Washington.
