Indianapolis February 7 three more bills to regulate public utilities were slated for the house this afternoon and tomorrow completing the program of measures in the lower house. The Pittinger bill proposes a survey committee to study state service commission powers. A Nerdl type bill before the senate allows appeals from public service commission orders to circuit or superior courts. A bill would exempt munich lists from the commission’s jurisdiction. The senate meanwhile considered Cann’s bill to abolish the commission and Moore’s plan for a commission elected by the five supreme court districts.
