Madison Wisconsin February 4 the Wisconsin state supreme court ruled Governor Walter J Kohler must face ouster action in circuity court on charges of excessive expenditures in his campaign for governor reversing a circuit court decision and sending the case back for trial. The ouster action began after Kohler a millionaire manufacturer conducted his campaign by airplane.
