Ficlén Zinkan was granted a divorce from Louis G Zinkan in the circuit court Friday afternoon and through an agreement a suit for alienation of affections was dismissed with a judgment for support set aside. Mrs Zinkan received $100 alimony and custody of two children at Terre Haute Catholic orphanage with $8 monthly support. She also filed and had dismissed a separate suit against John A Zinkan. The November term adjourned after many continuances. Jury commissioners Nathaniel H Jepson and Nathan G Read reappointed. James W Gilley admitted to the bar. The manslaughter case against Frank Mallett was continued. William K Kirk et al. vs Nicholas Osborne et al. found for plaintiff.
