Goldie Pearl Wilson, 6 years, wife of Thomas Wis, died at 7:10 a m at the family home on Pond road after a prolonged illness likely tuberculosis. Born May 8, 1904 in Carmel Illinois, she moved with her family to Pike County, later married May 8, 1922, and had two children Eloise and Wilbur. Surviving: her husband, two children, and several half-siblings. Funeral Thursday at 10 am at Central Christian church with burial at Grove cemetery.
