Julia A. Lucas dies after long illness at age 80. Born July 16 1854 in Daviess County she lived in Washington and Sugarland area. Survived by three children Cora Cum mings Frank Lucas Mamie Davis Sellers, sister Mrs Mary J Keith and six grandchildren. Funeral at Sellers home Friday at 2 PM with Rev A V Faris officiating, burial Oak Grove cemetery.

Funeral Friday at 10 from a residence, interment in Montgomery. Emil Norris Sons in charge. Survivors include John B. Fox, a stepson, and several half siblings in Indiana and nearby cities.
