New York April 12 Funeral arrangements for J Pierpont Morgan were announced by St George s Episcopal Church to be held at 10 o clock Monday morning. River Rises Wetlands Flood Roads Across County
Wwaesiver river rose three inches this morning still rising with banks full at Maysville. Prairie creek also flooded its banks and miners moved to Wheatland in wagons unable to cross roads. B&O Southwestern Railway dragged cars to the river switch engine then boats crossed the river to Wheatland. Recent rains across the region caused the rise with more rain expected and a further rise possible in the river.
