Road may reopen next week after rail line repairs
The Mbrors division of the B and Southwestern railroad is expected to open for traffic by next Wednesday barring accidents. Two pile drivers at the White River trestle are nearing completion and the roadbed between Vincennes and Lawrenceville, damaged by recent floods, should be in good shape by then. White River continues to fall as piling work advances, with sufficient manpower secured for the Vincennes to Lawrenceville section.
