Not Strictly Local Notes on Vicinities and Counties

A long OCR draft reports scattered items from New Jersey and Pennsylvania towns. It mentions accidents including a Perth Amboy youth shocked by an electric wire and a Madison man found dead by his own hand, plus town committee debates water and electric plants and various local happenings. It blends obituaries, civic notes, and odd anecdotes with rail and real estate rumors, all in a fragmented 19th century voice.
