Special to The Washington Post Morgantown W Va Sept. A ruling by Judge John W Mason of Monongahela County Circuit Court is upheld by the states Supreme Court. If the ruling stands game wardens may be forced to return thousands in fines collected from offenders against game laws. Two Pennsylvania hunters were fined 25 dollars each for killing ten quals out of season. Deputy Game Warden White collected the fines. Mason issued a rule directing White to show cause why the fines should not be turned into the State treasurer.
