Complete returns from the Maryland Republican primaries show David E. Dick winning state senator, Angus Ireland for clerk to the county commissioners, James Campbell Jr. and others named for house of delegates. Holzshu won county treasurer with heavy mining-region support, while rival Holasztu supporters accuse duplicity and claim Cumberland voters split.
