Bank's Money Stolen Officers After The Thieves

Ridgely confesses ignorance of asset whereabouts as a receiver reports liabilities near $400000 with only $9000 cash found. Deposits exceed $350000, assets essentially worthless, Washington branch charged $42400, New York assets $197000 valueless. Recoveries for depositors appear only a small fraction while prosecutions are coordinated by local and federal authorities.
