Mexican ex-governor Brito released by U S commissioner

New Orleans reports Brito, former Campeche governor, held for extradition on murder arson and robbery charges was freed after US Commissioner Brown found Mexican evidence appeared cooked up. Fought Gale For 40 Hours Rescues Travelers From Waters

After a ferocious Atlantic gale, four business men from Baltimore and New York were rescued from a waterlogged vessel near Cape Fear by Winnenah life-saving station workers.
