In Baltimore on October 7 eight month old infant 914 was saved from a gasoline fire at 227 Huntingdon Avenue. Mrs Winnie Phillips hurled the child into a tub of water as flames spread from a stove. Mrs Elizabeth Mixture and her three year old daughter Elizabeth helped evacuate the home and rescue the baby.
