Appeals to rule on murders of McHenry and Price

Both appeals were heard yesterday with arguments by defense counsel claiming missteps by the trial judge, from jury handling to self defense and specific legal instructions. Prosecution opposed relief in both cases as the men face murder charges for the killings of Detective Armstong and Robert Smith respectively.
