Washington Chamber of Commerce urges a deferral of action on Washington Channel wharf leases. It calls for a thorough, comprehensive improvement plan to be formulated and publicly heard before any funds or dock space reductions are approved, ensuring water front facilities are enhanced rather than restricted.
