Paris September 30 Mrs Stephen B Elkins sails from Cherbourg aboard the White Star liner Britannic with her two sons and daughter Katherine Elkins heading to New York. They departed quietly and were absent from the passenger list. Dowager Queen Margarita of Italy arrives this morning with her entourage under the courtesy title Countess of Stupirini.

After examination of witnesses the judge found the state failed to prove a case and instructed the jury to render a verdict of not guilty. The defendant was discharged.
