Syracuse reports John J Fisch, at Denver, Colorado, was killed early this morning in an arrasva accident aboard the Lake Shore Limited on the New York Central Railroad between Buffalo and Rochester. He was crossing the vestibule between the Pullman sleeper and dining car when the train broke in two, throwing him under the trucks. Railroad officials say it is the first fatal accident of this kind.
