Report says ordinary seaman Harry Collins of the battleship Virginia, missing from overleave since early November, reappeared aboard the Wabash at Boston Navy Yard on November 6. Local observers questioned him, noting torn clothing labels and suggesting fraud. Norfolk, November 2.
The New York Court of Appeals reversed a prior conviction in the Frank Gould divorce matter and ordered a new trial for Mrs Margaret Teal. Teal had been imprisoned for subornation of perjury linked to soliciting false testimony from an employee of a millinery shop about Miss Bessie De Voe.
