Court Orders Rich Man Not to Speak To Mother of His Seventeen Children
Milwaukee dispatch reports August Boerner, wealthy knit goods maker, must avoid any contact with his wife Anna Boerner and refrain from molesting her as a result of a divorce filing. Circuit Judge Franz C Eschwolley signed the order after accusations of cruelty and penury. Anna, mother of seventeen, says Boerner lived at 1814 Fond du Lac Avenue, had $30,000 in property and about $2,500 yearly income, and has misused funds and abused her, including threats and violence.
