In District Supreme Court, leaders of Citizens Associations petition to intervene in the Anacostia and Potomac River Rail road Company case against city and Suburban Railway of Washington. The petition names J Althers Johnson and A R Serven for Willam G Henderson and others. Also noted is a separate criminal matter, Fields' trial postponed.
