Hen Greet Players Stage Worry Wives of Windsor at Belasco
A fashionable audience led by the President and Mrs Taft attended the Hen Greet Players performance of The Worry Wives of Windsor at the Belasco Theater last night. Ben Greet’s Falstaff appeared phlegmatic yet famous, with Dallas Anderson delivering a masterful Ford and Grace Hallay Mills and Ruth Vivian delivering standout supports. The cast included Percival Sermour as Slender and Violet Vivian as Anne Page, delivering a charming, well read revival of the Shakespeare comedy.
