After five days and nights of patrols from the Tenth precinct a rooster blamed for waking residents near Columbia road and Thirteenth street was located atop a barrel in the yard at 1331 Columbia road. Police warned the owners that further crowing would invite legal action and notified Mrs. Eliza Tonks who had complained.
