Pittsburg March 7 Andrew Carnegie announced a 2 million gift in addition to prior contributions for Carnegie Technical School. The grant, via a trustee committee in Hot Springs Virginia, will not fund buildings. Carnegie aims to complete the Margaret Morrison Carnegie School for Women soon and cover its expenses. the full technical school is expected to cost about 5 million.
