Runaway youths arrested in Baltimore

Frank Beach and Benjamin Merz, two juveniles from the city, were captured in Baltimore while fleeing home. They are in Juvenile Court custody awaiting parental arrival. Special Officer Charles Wilson found them hidden in a freight car on the Philadelphia, Baltimore and Washington line. They claimed addresses in Washington and said they ran away to "see the world."
