New York March 28 The call loan rate jump unsettled the bond market with Liberty and foreign issues easing slightly while European bonds held near highs. Steel stocks led gains as Indiana Steel reached a yearly peak. rail and tramway loans showed mixed activity amid broader credit hesitancy and a new oversubscribed 3.9 million farm loan bond issue in Chicago.
