Senate panel rules Congress cannot regulate marine and life insurance

Calls for Data on Trust Suits Adopted by Senate

The Senate adopted without debate a resolution to require the Interstate Commerce Commission to provide detailed information on suits under the interstate commerce and Sherman antitrust laws. An amendment by Senator Foraker to include suits under the Elkinarahate Law and another by Senator Bacon requiring disposition of funds appropriated for prosecutions were accepted.

Body of Edward Saalbach found after river search

Woman shoots self in boarding house after husband leaves
