Husband seeks annulment over 1914 marriage after alleged incapacity

A suit filed in the District Supreme Court claims Joseph Thompson lacked mental capacity during his August 5 1914 marriage to Marguerite Estep at the Church of the Epiphany and seeks annulment under state code. He alleges a 1942 injury impaired his mind, erased memory of the wedding, and left him unable to consent to the union. Thompson says he left Estep and has not lived with her since. The petition cites a period of aberration and ongoing mental impairment as grounds for annulment.
