The will provides a $3,600 annual annuity, a $1,000 monthly annuity, $10,500 earmarked by private instruction, and other income provisions while ensuring the property remains her sole separate use. If no descendants survive, remaining estate goes to three institutions and Appalachian outreach groups.
Miss Audrey Kelsey, 22, traveled from Washington with her brother to Buffalo where Lee, a former paymaster's clerk on the battleship Georgia, was jailed after embezzling $46,000. They wed at Trinity Church with federal officers present, then Lee was taken back to custody. The romance began at the Westmoreland apartment house and followed Lee across Europe, Florida, and Canada as investigators closed in.

Charles W. Morse, the New York banker, seeks release from the Federal penitentiary in Atlanta through a habeas corpus petition filed in U S court. Ashtabula Ohio June 2 T Alexander Aalto a local doctor offers to be hanged in place of Mrs Angelina Napolitano of Sault Ste Marie Canada who is condemned for killing a husband who forced her into white slavery. The execution is set for August 9 just after the expected birth of her fifth child. Aalto supports the bid and says he would take the other man’s place if needed.
