Impostor Hanshue Deceived Washington Auto World
A visitor posing as famed driver Hanshue enjoyed four days of lavish hospitality in Washington before authorities learned he was an impostor. He borrowed money, traveled to Gettysburg, posted souvenirs, and fled to Los Angeles as police were alerted. Washington automakers and dealers were left counting the deception and losses as the imposter vanished.
