Four Men Rescue Falling Niagara Falls Victim

Truman Chapman of Hamilton Ontario, 22, was saved from the brink of Niagara Falls by four men. After topp ing over the railing into swift current, Chap mans body snagged on rocks, saving him from immediate death. The rescuers Hughes Winders and Thomas formed a chain to pull him to shore despite the current sweeping one rescuer off his feet twice. Chapman remained unconscious for over an hour after rescue. Relatives note he is subject to fits, which likely caused the fall.
