Warrant Issued For Ice President Henry Behrenberg

Philadelphia sources report District Attorney Bell issued an arrest warrant for Henry Behrenberg president of the Mountain Company on a conspiracy charge. Behrenberg is said to be in Jersey City and a New Jersey requisition may be made to secure his appearance for a hearing. Funeral services for Wiliam Ballantyne at Church of the Covenant

The late Wiliam Ballantyne will be honored with funeral services Wednesday at 10 am at the Church of the Covenant where he helped found and served as elder. Stabbed Brewer Timothy Sullivan Injured at Washington Plant

Timothy Sullivan was found unconscious in the stables of Washington Brewing Company with four stab wounds near the heart. He told police fellow worker Arthur Tubbs, a Negro helper, stabbed him during a quarrel after Tubbs demanded Sullivan’s harness be removed. Tubbs fled. Sullivan is hospitalized with internal hemorrhages and Tubbs is sought by police.
