Two more deaths from the July wind storm bring Philadelphia's toll to four. Harry Stahl, seventeen, and John McKenna, eight, died after a bulldog winch wall collapsed on them. River Drowns After Heroic Rescue by Brother

Herbert Callender twenty, and Burton H Callender, brothers from 210 C Street NW, swam in the Potomac Basin last night. Herbert, weakened near the boat, freed himself to save Burton, sank shouting I can't make it Burt, and Burton reached safety but later died after rescue efforts.
