Land condemnation notice in district of columbia court
The supreme court of the district of columbia issues a citation in the matter of land condemnation for an outfall sewer. It orders Richard T. Wilson United States Realty Company of Washington Maxwell R Brothers and others to appear on February 10 1906 to show cause why the petition should not be granted and why specified lots and rights of way should be condemned. The order requires publication in multiple dc newspapers before February 7 1965 and warns all interested parties to attend.
