Tax Boards Cited Over Gas Companies Tax Sale Injunction
Justice Gould cited District Commissioners and tax officials in Equity Court to show cause why they should not be enjoined from advertising for sale the Washington Gaslight and Georgetown Gas properties to satisfy delinquent taxes.
