Inferiority of White Bread Demonstrated by Dr Abramowski
Dr Abramowski of Mildura Australia reports experiments showing white bread is far weaker than whole wheat bread. After five days on an exclusive white bread diet his mental clarity and physical strength diminished, forcing him to stop. Toast is noted as a possible aid for invalids. Fresh white bread with meat and little exercise may cause intestinal fermentation contributing to appendicitis.
