Affidavits Filed in injunction fight with Typothetae

About thirty affidavits will be filed today by the Typothetas supporting their bid for an injunction to restrain the Typographical Union from interfering with the strike. The printers say they are not interfering and say the eight hour committee leader reports strikers are peaceful and eager to have the matter settled. The dismissal of the case against Hulton and Thornburg in Police Court Wednesday is cited as proof printers violated no court admonition. A Typothetae statement warning against men working under cover was received by Typothetae offices. The Bela Feene case, a union printer charged with disorderly conduct by a Typothetae member, will be heard in Police Court at 10 this morning.
