Affidavits Filed in Injunction Case Between Typothetas and Union

About thirty affidavits will be filed today by the Typothetas to support seeking an injunction against the Typographical Union. The court is asked to restrain interference with the strike, while printers insist they are not interfering. Chairman Parsons says strikers are peaceful and eager to see the issue settled, noting the dismissal of the Hulton and Thornburg case in Police Court suggests no violation of the court’s admonition. A Typothetae statement warning against men working under cover was received yesterday by Typothetae printing offices. Bela Feene, a union printer, faces a 10 oclock Police Court hearing on disorderly conduct charges by a Typothetae member.
