Affidavits Filed in Support of Injunction in Typothetae Case
About thirty affidavits will be filed today by the Typothetas to restrain the Typographical Union from interfering with the strike. The printers deny interference and claim peaceful action. Chairman Parsons says the strikers are anxious to have the issue decided and notes the dismissal of the Hulton and Thornburg case in Police Court as proof. A Typothetae statement warning against men working under cover was received by members of the union printers. Bela Feene faces a 10 am Police Court hearing on disorderly conduct charges by a Typothetae member.
