Brady convicted of second degree murder in Carter case
Eldridge Brady a colored man was yesterday found guilty of second degree murder by a jury in Criminal Court No 1. Justice Gould presided. Brady had been indicted for first degree murder over the killing of Wilford Carter, who Brady mistook for Albert Sydnor after a dance on Four-and-a-half Street.
