Authorities completed flaws for the new traffic rules which take effect at midnight. Police will not arrest for the first week, then enforcement increases. Left turns must cross the center, right turns hug the curb, and vehicles behind streetcars must maintain 1.5 feet. North‑south traffic has right of way. Pedestrians have crossing priority only at crosswalks. Ice fees.
