Wilson plans European tour before Feb return for peace talks

Tuskegee Alabama December 30 1918 records compiled by Monroe N Work at Tuskegee Institute show 62 lynchings in the United States during 1918 a 24 rise from the previous year. Of the victims 58 were Black and 4 were white including five women.
