Merchants Bank to Add Trust Branch in Washington
Merchants Bank announces the creation of Merchants Bank and Trust Company with a capital of 1,000,000 and surplus 250,000. The new trust unit will operate from Fifteenth and H streets and exchange stock with the parent bank on a plan that includes a 40 per share cash dividend to align with stock values.
